Right mouse click on the image you wish to save.
Click on "Save Picture as" from the pop up menu.
Choose a drive and directory using the "Save in:" part of the dialog box.
You can change the filename if you wish using the "File name:" part of the dialog box. But be careful not to change the extension (i.e. .jpg .gif .bmp).
Do not make changes to the "Save as type:" box.
Click on "Save.
