Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfill requests for the following:
- Ebooks: Due to licensing restrictions, libraries are not able to lend e-books
- Textbooks: Most interlibrary loan items have very short check-out periods and cannot be kept for an entire semester
- Items owned by the ISU Libraries
- Physical materials: Use the ISU Catalog to place a request for an item. If an item is checked out to another patron, place a request and the item will be "recalled" for you to check out. If you cannot locate an item on the shelf shelf, please alert the Circulation Desk.
- Digital materials: ISU Libraries license electronic materials in many different locations. You may want to check OneSearch to see if you can find the item or check the Journal List to check the library's subscriptions. Or, ask a librarian for help!
